Is Litman on drugs? I’m pretty sure I heard her actually say that in fact a super majority of the United States population believe Trump is an existential threat to the Constitution. She strikes me as an inexperienced, super woke first year law school student. I don’t think 10% of the population know what the word “existential” means. Much less how to apply it to their understanding of the Constitution.

But see Trump v Anderson, not having the best case to deal with the federal case but jumping in to protect the president from disqualification
